DirecTV Lodging & Institutions (SMATV) Program
SMS
is an authorized dealer of the DirecTV Lodging & Institutions (SMATV)
Program. This program is available to all bulk properties where cable
TV is offered as an amenity to residency at the property. The cable
service cannot be resold to the resident under this program. Bulk properties
that fall under this category generally include hotels, motels, and
RV parks; hospitals and nursing homes; college and university dorms;
prisons and correctional facilities; and bulk MDU properties like apartment
complexes where the tenant does not pay for their own cable service.

Details:
PURCHASING
GUIDELINES : All rates are per Subscriber Unit (as defined by DirecTV)
per month with a minimum of 20 subscriber units. Charges must be based
on 100% of the subscriber units at all times. The property does not
have to display all feeds or channels in a package. Blackout restrictions
and other conditions apply to sports programming. All programming and
