is an authorized dealer of the Echostar/Dish Commercial TV Free-to-Guest
(FTG) Bulk Programming Program. This program is available to all bulk
properties where cable TV is offered as an amenity to residency at the
property. The cable service cannot be resold to the resident under this
program. Bulk properties that fall under this category generally include
hotels, motels, and RV parks; hospitals and nursing homes; college and
university dorms; prisons and correctional facilities; and bulk MDU
properties like apartment complexes where the tenant does not pay for
their own cable service. Properties providing their guests with news
programming, sports, general entertainment and a host of premium movie
services show that it values their patronage or tenancy.
